Summary

Small, white figure of the Madonna seated with the child in her arms; her head is bowed to one side as she opens her dress and holds her bare breast towards the child. She wears a crown over a headdress and a long, simple dress down to her feet with minimal ornamentation. Details on the Madonna's crown, headdress, face and clothing have been painted, with a star on her left shoulder and a flower at the hem of her dress.
