Summary

Circular medallion with dark blue dip on front, white relief of the arms of the Earl of Radnor; a shield surmounted by a crown, with a scrolling ribbon beneath. Various heraldic devices on the shield including a double headed bird, groups of birds, a star, a rampant lion, groups of rampant lions, and geometrical symbols. Ribbon beneath inscribed PATRIA / CARA CARIOR / LIBERTAS. Circular gilt metal frame, set within wooden frame.
