White cotton waist band tying at front inside. Cape attached at neck. Lace round neck. Band of velvet ribbon applied round neck underneath lace, ending in bow with 1 long end each side front, another bow with 1 long end each. Loose wrist length sleeves. Cuff trimmed with lace.
