Straight section of double thickness, gathered to curved pieces of cane parallel with front edge and becoming smaller towards back, four tucks towards back forming frills; rounded back section of double thickness gathered to front section; drawstring at neck edge tying inside CB; broad frill at neck edge; ties at front corners.
