Three section, darts at waist, waist bound in bound black silk ribbon; longer, and shaped for knees, to right of front; left front fastening with three hooks and eyes at waist, concealed button fastening below; pocket, black satin, inside fastening; open from waist to hem to left of opening, fastening with metal catches and three metal locks; elastic band inside knee shaping.
