Summary
Woven wholestraw mainly in 3-end even weave, remainder in fancy weave. Lined with white stiffened muslin. Front of crown and brim trimmed with cluster of ostrich feathers in scarlet, white and orange, extending round sides. Brim faced with crimson silk satin figured with corded stripe.
