Glossy black narrow wholestraw plait. Lined with black plain weave silk and cotton. Boater shape with brim extended by band of black chip braid. Centre front trimmed with bird's wing chiefly in blue, green and purple, sides and back trimmed with 2 large black ostrich feathers. Long pin with head in form of golf club through back of crown.
