Olive green felt, stiffened. Lined with black and white cotton satin. Crown extending into brim, turned up all round and caught to crown at right front under stiffened cone of olive green silk cord. Cord round base of crown. Edge of brim turned over and stitched. Sides of crown lined with black. Base lined white.
