Summary

Black cotton net, black satin figured with circular motifs of black plush. Lined with black silk. Crown built over wire framework, 2 layers of net ruched circularly at centre of crown top, and round outer edge. Wired brim, net ruched along outer edge and around middle and inside edge on underneath, attached above lower edge of crown at centre front. Front and sides of crown trimmed with pufffed band of satin/velvet widening at sides. Centre back trimmed with 2 draped bands of net. Blue velvet inside headband on band of stiffened net.
