Herbet Broome - 'The Ladies' Hatter
Summary
Black velour. Lined with black silk. Brim turned up at centre back, widening and flattening at sides, slightly turned down at centre front. Twisted black satin ribbon band round crown, trimmed with several tufts of blue, mauve, cream and black feathers at right.
