Summary
Chestnut brown velvet. Lined with black silk. Fabric tighly ruched in wavy vertical lines radiating from centre of crown. Band of velvet draped round base, 4 large tan feather flowers at each side. Flat brim, ruched and wired from base of crown, extending and turned back and caught down.
