Summary
Crimson felt. Flat crown, with pleat across back. Pleated to form peak, edge of brim stiffened, shaped to central peak and curved under sides. Trimmed with 2 cones of braid and red beads at centre front. Veil, large mesh, spotted, sewn at top, with ends falling at each side. Comb attached at back.
