Summary

Leghorn plait, navy-blue muslin and pink and navy-blue floral trimming. Shallow straight-sided crown, rounded at top edge and rising to slight point. Straw band. Inner edge of brim covered with double layer of muslin, edged with wired piping, over stiffening, above and below. Lozenge-shaped trimming of close pink and white double daisies each side of crown and brim, between srpays of navy-blue barley. Crown lined with white silk with white ribbon drawstring.
