Summary

Navy blue silk. Wide brim wired and piped at edge, covered with pleated frill. Brim strengthened underneath with extra layer of silk at inner circumference, wired at outer edge. Crown lined with black silk. Front of crown trimmed with pink roses, intertwined with ribbon band tied in bow at centre back.
