Summary
Black straw. Crown fitting head, continuous with brim, lined with black velvet and wide except at centre back. Brim turned up at centre front and left, dipping at right. Velvet band at base of crown, 2 small bows on right side, a ring on a velvet stem hanging from each, one ring covered with mauvish metal sequins, the other with black sequins.
