Summary

Brown felt. Close-fitting crown, lined with fawn silk. Brim narrow at front and turned up, turned down at sides and back. Seam covered with fawn and brown vevlet ribbon, knotted. Worn by donor, Loelia Mary Ponsonby, for her wedding to the Duke of Westminister, DSO, in February 1930. See also Wedding Dress 1958.76.
