Summary

Hat with bill. Navy blue crepe, stiffened and wired. Deep crown with circular section at top. Sides swathed, trimmed at seams and round middle with narrow frilled ribbon with tinsel edge. Narrow brim tapering to nothing at back with border of frilled ribbon set on in scallops. Lined with white rayon satin, bow at back.
