Summary
Plaited syntehtic straw, light blue, dark blue and dark green. Dome-shaped crown of stiffened net covered with coiled plait from centre, caught to net by outer edge so as to give spikey effect. Inner edge shaped to fit close to head, bound with blue petersham ribbon. 3 flat bows, 1 of each colour, at centre front.
