Oak design, cylindrical shape with loop handle and relief decoration of intertwining branches of oak leaves and acorns. Drape design, cylindrical shape with loop handle and relief decoration round upper body of draped fabric suspended in seven loops. Private: Two tankards or cider mugs differing in both shape and relief design. Oak design : cylindrical shape with loop handle. Relief decoration of intertwining and arabesquing branches of oak leaves and acorns, against a dimpled ground. Narrow oak leaf borders above and below, with plain foot and neck. Loop handle moulded with overlapping oak leaves. Plain silver rim to mouth with undulating lower edge. Drape design : cylindrical shape tapering upwards from wide base, with thick loop handle. Relief decoration round upper body of draped fabric suspended in seven loops from evenly spaced rings positioned below a flattened beaded band, over a ground of shallow engine-turned ribbing. Plain horizontal bands round foot and neck, thick handle moulded with simple overlapping leaves and leafy lower terminal. Plain silver rim to mouth with scalloped lower edge.
