Cream satin lined cream glazed wool (callamanca) in six widths, pleated (except at CF) on to corded silk ribbon waistband (added later); fastening with tape ties at left, slit in opposite side; irregular joins in silk near top; lining in 3 2/3 widths, slightly padded; quilted in design of scales with border of alternating festoons, and formal sprays.
