Huskisson
Summary
Bronze medal with the head of William Huskisson, a British statesman, financier, and Member of Parliament. He died on 15th September 1830 when he was run over by George Stephenson's locomotive engine 'Rocket'. On the back "The successful vindicator of his own enlightened system of commercial policy he lived to triumph over prejudice and to found a lasting fame MDCCCXXX".
