Fine white cotton; slightly flared front section, side front sections flared towards back, side back sections similar and straight CB section; CF attached to shallow yoke, the rest gathered to straight band containing drawstring tying at back; hem trimmed with embroidered insertion heading finely pleated frill with scalloped edge over flounce with box-pleat between each scallop, flounce edged finely pleated frill, inverted pleated and scalloped frill above insertion; frills edged with narrow lace; (waist altered).
