In the exergue "2ND & 3RD WILLIAM IV" Reverse : Wreath, royal crown at top, city arms at foot with "REFORM OF THE REPRESENTATION OF THE PEOPLE IN THE COMMONS HOUSE OF PARLIAMENT 1832"
