Summary

Front : Britannia handing a scroll bearing the word "REFORM" to the Genius of Liberty. Upon the ground another scroll bearing the words "MAGNA CHARTA". In background is a slab bearing the names "GREY, BROUGHAM, ALTHORP, RUSSELL" surmounted by a medallion bearing the King's bust. In the exergue "2ND & 3RD WILLIAM IV" Reverse : Wreath, royal crown at top, city arms at foot with "REFORM OF THE REPRESENTATION OF THE PEOPLE IN THE COMMONS HOUSE OF PARLIAMENT 1832"
