Unbleached fine linen; three main sections, with several joined pieces at top; lightly quilted in diamond pattern onto linen back printed in floral sprays in pink and brown with a brown dot background; backing pleated onto linen waistband, opening at back. Front of plain linen stopping short of waistband; hem embroidered in a band of green, pink, yellow, orange, blue and black wools in trailing floral design in stem and chain stitch, with lower border in separate stem design in stem and buttonhole stitch.
