Black watered cotton (moirette) cut in five shaped sections, with opening on left, fastening with one button at waist; dart at each side of back and short drawstring at CB; bottom cut in large vandykes with blunt ends, edged with satin binding, with two satin-covered buttons in each blunt point, over pleated frill headed with ornamental horizontal and diagonal stitching in spaces of vandyked edge above.
