Navy blue and pale blue satin, lined with striped black and white cotton. Cut in six sections with and at top, stitched in pale blue stitching to take black ribbon drawstring fastening at back, double row of stitching beneath; at hem frill of three narrow pleats in pale blue alternating with navy blue band, headed by pale blue piped and stitched band and stitched down halfway.
