Cut in six sections with and at top, stitched in pale blue stitching to take black ribbon drawstring fastening at back, double row of stitching beneath; at hem frill of three narrow pleats in pale blue alternating with navy blue band, headed by pale blue piped and stitched band and stitched down halfway.
