White twilled cotton. Wide rounded neckline; front bodice in one bias section, dart for bust each side; back bodice in two sections each side of CBopening, trimmed narrow white cotton braid, fastening with three pearl buttons and drawstring at neck and waist, side back seams piped; narrow shoulder sections, piped at front and back seams; short sleeves in one bias section, full and gathered to shoulder and to braid-edged band; skirt in two widths gathered to waist; tuck above broad hem.
