In five sections - CF, narrow side and two back - all flared towards back with darts at waist; opening fastening with button to left of CF, double drawstrings at back waist; narrow frill at hem; deep flounce from knee level, cut on cross and slightly gathered at top and to insertion for ribbon half way down, bands of wide tucks, singly and in groups of three.
