Summary

Yellow watered silk lightly quilted with running stitch in diamond pattern, backed yellow glazed wool. Central front section plain, sides pleated beneath silk ribbon binding, back pleated all round; binding continued as ties (frayed) over hips with 29.2cm slit below, bound with corded silk; quilted section joined onto plain watered silk 7.6cm below waist; hem faced silk ribbon.
