Petticoat or 'Bra slip'. Machine-knit nylon printed with stylized design of flowers and leaves arranged in squares in yellow, brown and blue-green on light green background. Bust section each sdie CF in two shaped sections rising to point at upper edge; lined with white foam-backed nylon, casing round lower edges holding wire; skirt front in one section flaring to scalloped hem, bust sections fitted into semi-circles at upper edge; back from underarms in one section flaring to hem each side of CB seam open to hips, deep casing at each upper edge containing 3.6cm wide elastic (rotten), fastening two hooks and two sets of eyes; hem and front neck edge bound with royal blue nylon; shoulder straps of blue nylon adjustable, passed through ring at front points; label in left side seam, white rayon printed in red 'TRIUMPH' and in blue, a small crown and in blue 'INTERNATIONAL 2-269 JOLLY D - BRA SLIP 36"B.
