Queen's Hotel
Francis Frith 07/10/1822 - 25/02/1898
Summary
Corner view of the Queen's Hotel, on the corner of Piccadilly and Portland Street, Manchester (since demolished). The hotel is a large, square, four-storey building in the neo-classical style. We see it from across an expanse of setts and tramlines. About half a dozen men and boys stand facing us on the pavement, and a woman can be seen at one of the hotel's first floor windows.
