Summary
1) Dress. White muslin. Bodice in one section, continuous over shoulders; low neck; short sleeves cut in one with bodice; CB opening fastening with press fastener; skirt, with machine-embroidered sprig in two flared sections; lace insertion at waist, and at sleeve edges, threaded with pale blue silk braid; lace trimming at neck and sleeves. 2) Pinafore. White cotton. Bodice in one section, continuous over shoulder, continuing inside below waist; round neck, short sleeves cut in one with bodice; openwork embroidered insertion at low waist, threaded with white silk braid; frill of openwork embroidery forming short skirt; neck and sleeves trimmed lace; CB open and fastening with press fastener at neck. 3) Petticoat. Cream flannel. In one section continuous over shoulders, with round neck, short sleeves, flared skirt; CB opening fastening at neck with button and buttonhole; edges trimmed with white silk stitching. 4) Drawers. White cotton. Separate legs each in one section, seamed at inside leg, joined at CF waist only; CB fastening with drawstring tucks above ends of legs, trimmed openwork embroidered insertion threaded with white silk braid and edged lace. 5) Chemise. White cotton. Single section continuous over shoulders, open down CB; low neck, fastening with hook and loop at CB; dart down front; sleeves edged with lace. 6) Hat. White lace pleated over stiff foundation. Soft round crown, wide flat stiffened brim; trimmed two pink ribbon rosettes at join of crown and brim. 7) Bonnet. White muslin with machine embroidered sprig single section, gathered and seamed at CB; front edge trimmed lace threaded with pale blue silk braid.
