Cheetwood Hall, Manchester in the Process of Demolition

W Sharp Ogden

Summary

An annotated sketch of Cheetwood Hall, Manchester. The garden in front seems to have builders materials and tools dotted around, but it is hard to make out. Equally difficult to understand are the pencil annotations on the house, several of which perhaps say 'plaster'. There is an 'X', which a pencilled note reveals to be 'the point the coffin was found'.
