Summary
A view of the entrance to Chetham's College, Manchester. Three buildings together form a courtyard: the Grammar School and Chetham's College were closely adjacent. The central building has a large arched door that has two small doorways within it. An owl, the symbol of the Grammar School's founder Hugh Oldham, is carved on a roundel at the top of the building to the right.
