Summary

In the background are wooded hills. In the centre is a curved road with people walking on it as well as a large cart being pulled by four horses. In front of the road is a canal, with a barge boat on it, which is being pulled along by a horse. On the right is a large arched bridge. The bridge is metal with stone supports. Men can be seen working on the bridge.
