Summary

Half length portrait of a child aged approximately two years old. He (?) wears a dark double breasted coat with dark braid trimings. He wears a hat with a decorated witde border going right round his head. The crown is of dark loose material. A dark heavey patterned cloth appears to be attached to the back of the hat, and fallows down round his shoulders and body. Under the hat is a white scarf, tied under the chin and in a knot on the left hand side of the head.
