Black straw plait hat in a domed shape with a broad upturned brim and top 'knob'. Unlined apart from a petersham band with printed label 'Otto Lucas Junior, Made in Italy.' Hat was given as a perquisite from a member of the Royal Family to a servant in the Royal Household in the mid 1960s.
