She is wearing close fitting silk bodice with trimmings on the cuffs and full silk flounced dress (a la disposition), which is trimmed with fringing. Plain studio background with drape and table to the left and armchair to the right. Inscribed on front "Empress Eugenie". See also 2008.40.5.245.
