Public: Coffee cup, soft paste porcelain, inverted bell-shape, wishbone handle, transfer-printed overglaze in black, with rural scenes. Private: Coffee cup, inverted bell shape, wishdone handle with scrolls at terminal. Transfer-printed overglaze, black, scenes. Tea Party No.2 depicts man and woman seated on elegant bench, she passes teabowl and saucer to him, sword at his right. Front left laden pedestal table, distant left tree, garden landscape, dog foreground. Urn and Balustrade shows formal garden landscape. Central ornate urn surmounting plinth at end of balustrade. Right distant fountain, row of trees. Signed R.Hancock fecit centre front, flanked by tree, right, and foliage left. Birds in sky. Enamelled overglaze black band inner rim.
