Purple wool crepe dress with ruched front and lowered waist; panel attached at waist to fasten centre back with silver rings; plain oval neck; half sleeves; centre front opening with 9 small silver presstuds; shoulder pads; unlined; woven blue and silver label: 'Thierry Mugler, Paris'. Thierry Mugler launched his label in 1974 but did not show haute couture in Paris until 1992.
