Fifties style black and scarlet watered (moire) silk; princess line in black silk, with 2 deep inverted gores in scarlet, either side, front and back; sleeveless; shallow v-neck, front and back; attached black acetate petticoat with deep tulle flounce to hem, which shows below the hem when worn; unlabelled; worn by Jasmine Guinness at Ladies Day at 2009 Royal Ascot, and possibly designed by her for the occasion. Jasmine Guinness was born in 1978 in Dublin, an heiress to the Guinness brewing concern. She is a designer and fashion model.
