Summary
Retro-style mini dress with short sleeves and round neck. Machine-knitted cotton in panels of stocking stitch, trimmed with stylised ‘flowers’ made of circular discs of opaque black Perspex. Labelled, ‘Sonia by Sonia Rykiel’. The French couturier, Sonia Rykiel, has been called ‘the Queen of knitwear’ and has often chosen to design knitted garments from her onset as a designer in the middle 1960s.
