Summary

A half-length portrait of a young woman, Carina, dressed in a green gown (dressing gown?) and white (night)dress. She is turned slightly to the right, her head is turned towards her left. She has long, red hair tumbling over her forehead and right shoulder, and her pale skin is emphasised in contrast to the dark background behind her.
