1) grey trilby, ribbon with bow at left side, printed maker's name inside crown now illegible; black leatherette piping, then on cream leather hatband with gold artificial silk ribbon at back, stamped in gold; paper label inside hatband 2) beige felt triby, bow at left side, inside brown leatherette piping then tan leather hatband; attached at back two oval metal clips embossed in silver on black; apricot artificial silk satin lining, pleated on to polythene covered centre panel, below printed in gold, royal crest inner bands stamped "Woodrow and Sons, made in England"
