Circular, with shallow well in the centre and broad rim moulded with four panels of scrolling foliage and a rim of beading. Painted in green, yellow, brown, blue, pink and iron red enamel colours in the centre with figure of Dido standing in a landscape, wearing a classical dress and holding a sceptre. In reserved panels on the rim, four miniature scenes of dwarfs in landscapes, painted and tooled in two colours of gold.
