Public: Teacup and saucer, soft paste porcelain. Painted in enamel colours with battle scenes and gilt detail. Private: Teacup and saucer, soft paste porcelain. Shallow, straight-sided cup, curving in to low footring, has shaped, angular scroll handle. Shallow saucer, with thick footring. Painted in blue, brown, mauve, puce, iron red and yellow with battle scenes. Gilt scrollwork border around inside rim of cup, the handle and rims picked out in gilt.
