Cylindrical mug, cream coloured earthenware, with ribbed loop handle with leaf-moulded terminals. Body decorated with slip-coated and engine-turned bands, comprising; central red-brown band lined with narrow dark brown bands, flanked above and below by wide cream coloured engine-turned fluted band with narrow red-brown band around the middle, and wide band of dark chocolate brown lined with narrow red-brown bands.
