Summary
A kite painting with wire arranged in the shape of a coathanger, against a background of horizontal barbed lines. The background is painted blue and mottled with areas of white. This is believed to be one of the earliest kite painting experiments and considered important in the development of Richard Smith's style going into the 1970s.
