“Brazen” a new show by Alexander Wells returns to Manchester
Stage illusionists, Alexander and Josephine Wells, have returned to Manchester after performing around the world to bring their new show to Manchester Art Gallery. “Brazen” is a portrayal of two travelling magicians demonstrating their deceptive arts and exhibiting an ancient, magical automation; a talking brass head that can read minds and see everything that was and will ever be, an oracle transcending time.
The show combines illusion, puppetry, magic, mentalism and comedy to create this world and entertain the audience.
It has visual and artful magic, dangerous feats of skill, audience involvement and uses ancient and modern artifice from the conjurer’s art.
Here at Manchester Art Gallery, Wednesday 4 March 2020
Doors open at 7pm and the show starts at 7:30pm
