Tea, coffee and chat. Bring your favourite mug.
Monday 6 July 2020, 11am–12pm
Free, please book on Eventbrite
We all have stories to tell about our relationship to tea and coffee. Join a team of staff and gallery volunteers for a relaxed conversation about all things related to hot drinks.
Do you have a particular habit or ritual associated with tea and coffee?
Some of the questions we’d love to discuss with you over a brew on a Monday morning:
How do you make your tea?
Do you have a particular habit or ritual associated with tea?
Do you have particular cultural connections with tea?
We will be showing objects related to tea and coffee drinking from the gallery’s online collection and we would love you to bring some thoughts about tea or something tea related to the session and share your stories.
This session usually runs in the gallery and is connected with the current exhibition Trading Station.
Want to join in?
Please book your place in the next Stories we Share session on Eventbrite 6 July
We will be using Zoom to bring people together.
You can access Zoom though a laptop, tablet or smart phone, just something that has a camera and mic.
You don’t need to create an account to access the session.
Stories we Share online will be weekly from Monday 1 June
